Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities include guidance and provision of operational support services to customers to reach the following goals but not limited to:
Increasing awareness of Amazons advertising services among IN2WW brands and advertisers.
Helping advertisers understand Amazons search and display advertising tools and how they can help build relevant and effective advertising solutions for their businesses.
Developing a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape and competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offerings and share insights with global advertising teams.
Serving as key liaison between India-based brands and advertisers and global advertising teams responsible for those brands and advertisers.
Diving deep on campaign performance reports and working with advertising teams around the globe to enable optimal performance to advertisers in each locale.
Using CRM tools to track all pertinent account information and business progress and providing periodic business updates to leadership.


About the team
GGS is a global organization that manages small to medium-sized advertisers in their growth phase. We work with a diverse range of advertisersfrom those with a certain level of Amazon Ads spending to those with significant advertising potentialvarying in transaction volume and relationship depth. Our team is characterized by conducting sales activities through appropriate channels such as meetings phone calls emails and webinars. We quickly catch up with the continuous rollout of new features and improvements proposing usage methods and combinations tailored to advertisers challenges and providing consulting and optimization support based on performance data.

- Experience that includes strong analytical skills attention to detail and effective communication abilities
- Experience communicating and delivering presentations to customers stakeholders and/or teammates
- Experience with high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management
- Experience building new customer relationships closing sales and generating revenue
- Experience in marketing brand advertising media sales or online advertising work and close work with senior advertisers and agency stakeholders
- Bachelors degree or equivalent

- - 5 years of business development partnership management or sourcing new business experience.
- - Experience with search/performance advertising (5 years) at a major advertising agency digital marketing agency or media provider.
- - Experience working with global teams.
- - Understand user behavior and how technology works and the ability to explain each in ordinary term.
- - Proven track record of reaching and exceeding goals.
- - MBA or other related Masters degree.
