Job Summary
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented US Accountant with a strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles. The ideal candidate should have experience in month-end book closure AR & AP management and possess sound skills in QuickBooks. The role requires proficiency in analytical skills and variance analysis to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Professional Bookkeeping Services for Multiple industries
- Bookkeeping Services - handle various responsibilities than just recording compiling and organizing daily financial transactions.
- Accounts receivable and Accounts payable Entry services.
- Manual Journal Entry Services.
- Accounting Setup Services.
- General ledger maintenance.
- Reconciliation Reporting for Bank Accounts Credit Cards and more.
- Preparing financial statements.
- Trial balance services.
- Balance sheet services - a summary of finances that reports assets liabilities and equity entry of transactions.
- Accounting setup services - Accounting set up is important as it helps to keep all accounting and bookkeeping documents in order.
- Day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting.
- Books balanced and reconciled quarterly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Proven experience in US GAAP accounting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
