An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a brand new 4-star luxury boutique hotel in the heart of London set to open its doors next month.
This stylish new opening will feature a relaxed all-day dining restaurant centred around seasonal British cuisine with a focus on beautifully executed small plates. Alongside the restaurant there will also be a strong events offering making this a varied and dynamic kitchen environment.
You will ideally be available immediately.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as a Chef De Partie
- 15.50 per hour plus circa 4000 per annum service charge
- 40-hour contract with paid overtime (around 45 hours per week on average)
- Working in a brand new state-of-the-art kitchen

- A varied role with both restaurant and events experience
Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie
- Preparing and delivering high-quality dishes across the all-day dining menu
- Working with seasonal British ingredients to create refined small plates
- Supporting with event preparation and service when required
- Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness organisation and consistency
- Contributing positively to a motivated and professional kitchen culture
As Chef De Partie youll be joining from the very beginning working in a brand new state-of-the-art kitchen as part of a close-knit team of seven. This is a fantastic chance to be part of a growing group and play a key role in shaping the kitchens success from day one.
