Position Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a high-performing team while partnering with Data Engineering Product & Science teams to drive data-driven decision making. Design and implement data infrastructure establish team prioritization processes mentor team members and evaluate Business Intelligence tools and technologies. Transform complex business requirements into analytical frameworks building scalable automation solutions. Ensure data quality and accessibility create development paths for team members and implement effective Business Intelligence solutions that enhance business growth.
40 hours / week 8:00am-5:00pm Salary Range $189771/year to $223100/year.

Position Requirements:
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science Engineering Mathematics or a related field and seven years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have two years of experience with the following skill(s): (1) creating data pipelines using ETL connections and SQL queries; (2) processing large multi-dimensional datasets from multiple sources; and (3) developing automated reporting via data visualization tools.#0000
