Qualification: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.

We are seeking an experienced SAP BW Consultant of 13 to 15 years of experience to support and enhance an existing SAP BW 7.5 SP23 system on Oracle. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in SAP BW 7.x Oracle databases and BW/4HANA architecture along with a solid understanding of data modeling ETL processes and query performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
. Hands-on experience with SAP BW 7.5 development including legacy BW objects such as InfoCubes DSOs and MultiProviders.
. Good to know Redesign legacy BW objects into BW/4HANA-compatible objects such as ADSOs and Composite Providers.
. Perform performance tuning including database statistics management indexing and InfoCube aggregation/compression.
. Conduct data validation reconciliation and performance optimization before and after deployments or enhancements.
. Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure minimal disruption during system changes or scheduled maintenance activity.
. Provide production support (L2/L3) including enhancements and development activities.
. Handle Major incidents data reloads and root cause analysis (RCA).
. Monitor data loads delta processes error handling and process chains to ensure system stability.
. Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing critical production issues and tight deadlines.

Required Skills:
. Strong experience with SAP BW 7.x on Oracle and SAP BW/4HANA environments.
. Proficiency in SAP BW 7.5 data modelling and SQL scripting.
. Experience with SAP BO reporting including IDT/UDT tools and Power BI.
. Mandatory experience with Oracle Materialized Views.
. Experience developing BW components including InfoObjects InfoCubes DataSources Master Data Transformations DSOs Extractors InfoSets Aggregates Process Chains DTPs User Exits and BADIs.
. Knowledge of HANA modelling including schemas and calculation/analytical/scripted views using HANA Modeler.
. Ability to troubleshoot data load failures or missing data issues using ABAP debugging with working knowledge of ABAP and AMDP.
. Experience integrating BW data with SAP FI SD MM COPA and Inventory Management modules.
. Experience performing unit testing integration testing and UAT to validate data accuracy.
. Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts database design and Oracle SQL query optimization.
. Ability to develop ABAP enhancements and debugging solutions.
. Experience with SAP BW backup restore recovery archiving functionality and system monitoring.
. Strong problem-solving analytical and communication skills.
. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into BW technical solutions.
. Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams such as SAP BASIS ECC and BO/Analytics.
. Familiarity with change management processes (CHG/RITM/DMND) in ServiceNow and SLA compliance.
. Good to have knowledge of Oil & Gas industry processes and KPIs.
. Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving system architectures.
