Job Title: Technical Project Manager Data Engineering & AI/Cloud Programs- 15 yrs Exp

Location: Austin TX - (Hybrid- Local candidates Only)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

• Lead planning coordination requirements gathering business analysis and specifications development for moderate to complex technical projects
• Manage full project lifecycle including project planning execution monitoring status reporting and system implementation
• Support Technical Project Manager in driving data engineering and AI adoption programs
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment between business engineering and AI/ML stakeholders
• Track deliverables milestones risks and dependencies across multiple workstreams
• Define project scope objectives timelines and success metrics
• Manage project budgeting forecasting resource planning and financial reporting
• Lead data architecture data modeling and data warehousing initiatives from planning through delivery
• Oversee business intelligence big data and analytics projects in complex enterprise environments
• Ensure adherence to healthcare data standards such as FHIR CCDA and HL7 (preferred)
• Utilize SQL and database knowledge to support planning estimation and issue resolution
• Collaborate effectively with data engineers developers analysts and business stakeholders
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to business and executive audiences
• Manage vendors and cross-functional teams across multiple project timelines
• Maintain project documentation including project plans charters schedules and lessons learned
• Use project management tools such as Jira Azure DevOps MS Project or Smartsheet
• Apply knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) enterprise applications and data systems
• Demonstrate strong leadership attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Ensure compliance with data governance security and regulatory requirements (preferred)
• Support AI/ML advanced analytics or digital transformation initiatives (preferred)
• Apply understanding of SDLC IT processes architecture frameworks and enterprise technologies
• Engage stakeholders at all levels with strong consulting and facilitation skills
• Experience leading technical projects/programs in data analytics and cloud environments
• Experience in data architecture data modeling and data warehousing
• Managing BI big data and analytics initiatives
• Experience in project scope definition budgeting and resource planning
• Strong experience with project management tools and documentation practices
• Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills
• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification Required (must be listed on resume; proof may be requested)
• Experience in healthcare or regulated environments
• Familiarity with FHIR CCDA HL7 standards
• Certifications such as PgMP PMI-ACP SAFe
• Experience with AI/ML or digital transformation programs
• Knowledge of TOGAF or cloud architecture certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Strong consulting mindset and customer-focused communication skills
