Project Co-Ordinator
A leading organisation is seeking a skilled Project Co-Ordinator to support its Digital environment working across key initiatives including Sales Portal and Self-Service projects. This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with Project Managers contribute across the full project lifecycle and engage with a variety of stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
Responsibilities:
Support the Project Manager from project initiation through to completion
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates within assigned areas
Assist with project documentation reporting and governance requirements
Contribute to resource planning budgeting and overall project planning activities
Engage with stakeholders across Digital to ensure alignment and effective communication
Provide coordination across multiple projects ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
Requirements:
610 years experience as a Project Co-Ordinator within Financial Services (Insurance preferred)
Proven experience working within structured project environments
Strong understanding of project governance and project lifecycle methodologies
Experience supporting resource planning budgeting and scheduling
Solid knowledge of the system development life cycle
Agile exposure with experience in Scrum or Kanban (advantageous)
Scrum Master or Junior Project Management experience (beneficial)
Proficiency in tools such as Jira Confluence PPO SharePoint MS Project (or similar) and intermediate Excel skills
Strong stakeholder management communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within a team
