Project Co-Ordinator

A leading organisation is seeking a skilled Project Co-Ordinator to support its Digital environment working across key initiatives including Sales Portal and Self-Service projects. This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with Project Managers contribute across the full project lifecycle and engage with a variety of stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Project Manager from project initiation through to completion

  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates within assigned areas

  • Assist with project documentation reporting and governance requirements

  • Contribute to resource planning budgeting and overall project planning activities

  • Engage with stakeholders across Digital to ensure alignment and effective communication

  • Provide coordination across multiple projects ensuring timelines and deliverables are met

Requirements:

  • 610 years experience as a Project Co-Ordinator within Financial Services (Insurance preferred)

  • Proven experience working within structured project environments

  • Strong understanding of project governance and project lifecycle methodologies

  • Experience supporting resource planning budgeting and scheduling

  • Solid knowledge of the system development life cycle

  • Agile exposure with experience in Scrum or Kanban (advantageous)

  • Scrum Master or Junior Project Management experience (beneficial)

  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira Confluence PPO SharePoint MS Project (or similar) and intermediate Excel skills

  • Strong stakeholder management communication and interpersonal skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within a team
