Job Summary

Position: Claims & Operations Coordinator Property Restoration

Location: Remote

Schedule: Full-time with required 7:00 am UK start

Overview:

We are a specialist London-based cleaning and property restoration company working with leading insurers loss adjusters and high-net-worth clients following fire flood and biohazard incidents.

Due to continued growth we are seeking a highly organised administrator to support the end-to-end management of cleaning work restoration claims and operational job delivery.

Role Overview
This is a fast-paced hands-on role combining administrative responsibilities client communication and operational coordination. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring claims and jobs are managed efficiently from instruction through to completion and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end claim progression

  • Liaise with insurers loss adjusters and clients

  • Coordinate and schedule field teams

  • Oversee operational job delivery to ensure smooth execution

  • Ensure all work is completed accurately and within service level agreements (SLAs)

  • Maintain clear and professional client communication

  • Support administrative processes related to claims and job tracking

  • Work closely with management remote admin teams and field technicians

  • Ensure workflows run efficiently from initial instruction through to completion and invoicing

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple live jobs simultaneously

  • Ability to maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment

  • Highly organised and efficient working style

Experience & Skills

  • Experience in service-based operations

  • Comfortable working in a high-volume and fast paced environment

  • Proficiency with:

    • Claims systems

    • Spreadsheets (e.g. Excel)

    • Job management software

Work Environment

  • Fast-paced and high-volume

  • Requires a proactive organised and quick-working individual

  • Collaborative work with management remote teams and field technicians
