Position: Claims & Operations Coordinator Property Restoration
Location: Remote
Schedule: Full-time with required 7:00 am UK start
Overview:
We are a specialist London-based cleaning and property restoration company working with leading insurers loss adjusters and high-net-worth clients following fire flood and biohazard incidents.
Due to continued growth we are seeking a highly organised administrator to support the end-to-end management of cleaning work restoration claims and operational job delivery.
Role Overview
This is a fast-paced hands-on role combining administrative responsibilities client communication and operational coordination. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring claims and jobs are managed efficiently from instruction through to completion and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end claim progression
Liaise with insurers loss adjusters and clients
Coordinate and schedule field teams
Oversee operational job delivery to ensure smooth execution
Ensure all work is completed accurately and within service level agreements (SLAs)
Maintain clear and professional client communication
Support administrative processes related to claims and job tracking
Work closely with management remote admin teams and field technicians
Ensure workflows run efficiently from initial instruction through to completion and invoicing
Requirements

Experience & Skills
Experience in service-based operations
Comfortable working in a high-volume and fast paced environment
Proficiency with:
Claims systems
Spreadsheets (e.g. Excel)
