• Interior design for residential commercial retail and hospitality projects
• Full design services from concept and feasibility planning to construction documentation
• Space styling including furniture lighting and décor selection
• End-to-end project support meaning they can assist from early design stages all the way to construction and final execution

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the creation of detailed interior design working drawings including floor plans elevations sections and construction details.
• Translate conceptual designs into technical documentation using CAD software (AutoCAD Revit).
• Collaborate with designers and architects to ensure designs are both visually compelling and technically feasible.
• Maintain consistency in technical standards and ensure drawings adhere to applicable building codes and regulations.
• Coordinate with project teams contractors and suppliers to ensure design intent is effectively communicated.
• Review and revise drawings based on client feedback design updates and project requirements.
• Contribute to the selection of materials finishes and furnishings ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design Architectural Technology or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong understanding of interior design principles building codes and construction processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality technical drawings.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g. SketchUp Lumion or V-Ray).
• Knowledge of materials finishes and furniture sourcing.
• Familiarity with sustainable design practices and LEED standards.
