The IT Specialist at River Mill Academy oversees the schools technology infrastructure ensuring seamless operation of devices networks and systems.Responsibilities include managing networksmaintainingdevices and handling repairs and imaging.The role also involves supporting security systemscreatingand managing staff ID badges and providing AV support for events. Additionally the IT Specialist prepares laptops for testingassistswith classroom technology and collaborates with administration on technology upgrades and future planning. By focusing on proactive maintenance problem-solving and documentation the IT Specialist ensures the schools technology runs efficiently.
