Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiation: Handling client objections negotiating pricing and finalizing contracts.
  • Relationship Management: Ensuring customer satisfaction to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Reporting: Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers through cold calling networking and social selling.
  • Sales Process Management: Guiding prospects through the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing.
  • Demonstration & Proposal:
    Presenting product features and benefits and sending quotes or proposals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for presentations and negotiations.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and trust with potential clients.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM software and virtual meeting tools.
