Job Summary

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to handle lead generation client acquisition and end-to-end sales activities for S.T. Stand Audio Advertisement business. The role involves tele-calling field visits proposal submission negotiation order closure and post-sales coordination.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead collection and prospect generation.
  • Tele-calling cold calling emailing WhatsApp communication and direct client visits.
  • Media agency and channel partner calling for business development.
  • Client follow-ups for feedback and testimonials.
  • Follow-up with customers for outstanding payments.
  • Conduct online demos and share presentations proposals and quotations.
  • Negotiate with hot leads and close sales.
  • Collect purchase orders and book sales orders (SO) in the system.
  • Coordinate post-order execution with internal teams customers and agencies.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets within defined territories and segments.
  • Maintain strong client relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Update and manage CRM data accurately

Job Requirement:

  • Qualification: Any Graduate BBA/ MBA/ PGDM.
  • Experience: 1-3 years with 1 year of relevant experience in the field.
  • Preferred Language: Hindi English Marathi.
  • Lead generation and prospect handling.
  • Field sales and tele-calling experience.
  • Strong negotiation and concept-selling skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Sales data handling and basic analytics.
  • Proficiency in MS Word Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of CRM software
