Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency
  • Provide accurate timely and compliant information to resolve customer queries
  • Maintain consistent service quality and uphold customer satisfaction metrics
  • Adhere strictly to defined processes compliance guidelines and quality assurance standards
  • Accurately document call interactions and follow up on pending actions as required


Requirements

Requirements:
  • For Process Executive (PE Entry Level):
    • 01 year of experience (freshers welcome)
    • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
    • Ability to work effectively in a target-driven high-volume environment
  • For Senior Process Executive (SPE Mid-Level):
    • 14 years of experience in International BPO (Voice Process)
    • Proven track record in handling customer queries in insurance banking or related domains
    • Strong communication problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • For Subject Matter Expert (SME Senior-Level):
    • 59 years of experience in International BPO (Voice Process)
    • Deep expertise in Property & Casualty insurance operations
    • Demonstrated leadership mentoring and process improvement capabilities
