WHAT THIS ROLE IS REALLY ABOUT
Yes youll be working in Zoho. Yes youll be configuring CRMs building workflows writing scripts and connecting third-party apps. But at its core this role is about people.
Youll be talking to business owners and their teams understanding how they work what slows them down and what would make their days easier. Then youll go and build it. That intersection of business thinking and technical doing is where the magic happens and its where youll thrive.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Consulting & Client Engagement
Shadow and support senior consultants during client discovery sessions.
Help document business processes workflows and operational requirements
Participate in client meetings listen carefully ask good questions take great notes
Contribute to translating business needs into practical Zoho solutions
Travel to client sites training events and business sessions as required
Zoho Platform Configuration & Delivery
Configure Zoho CRM Desk Flow and Campaigns under senior guidance
Assist with module customisation workflow automation and blueprint setup
Support application builds in Zoho Creator (mobile and desktop)
Help develop reports and dashboards in Zoho Analytics
Third-Party Integrations
Assist in connecting Zoho with third-party platforms telephony email SMS WhatsApp and more.
Support REST API connectivity and webhook configuration
Help test and troubleshoot integration flows to ensure reliable delivery
Technical Development
Build foundational Deluge scripting and API integration skills
Assist with widget development and custom Zoho functionality
Write and maintain clear technical documentation
Testing Quality & Improvement
Assist in defining and executing system test specifications
Support troubleshooting and debugging of Zoho applications
Contribute to continuous improvement across client solutions and internal processes

Essential
