The Team
Enterprise Technology and Performance is a Service Area comprising of Consulting professionals providing various service offerings on Project Manager.
Work youll do
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Controller role to support technology project delivery from initiation through closure and ensure outcomes are delivered on time. This role will support end-to-end project management activities stakeholder coordination governance processes and reporting aligned with project management methodologies and client expectations.
The candidate is preferred to have experience with technology infrastructure (e.g. IT Networks migration) related projects in industries sectors such as Oil & Gas Industrials and Metals & Mining sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project planning support: Contribute to development and maintenance of project charters detailed plans schedules milestones and baselines
- Governance and documentation: Prepare and maintain key project artefacts including risk and issue registers communication plans stakeholder maps and change logs
- Reporting: Produce accurate and timely status reports and governance packs; develop executive-ready updates for senior and global stakeholders
- Cost and schedule control: Support budgeting cost tracking schedule baseline management variance analysis forecasting and financial alignment with approved plans
- Risk and issue monitoring: Track risks issues and dependencies; follow up on mitigation actions and escalate as required; proactively identify potential delivery risks and recommend mitigation approaches
- Change control administration: Manage formal change control processes including logging impact assessment (scope cost schedule) approval tracking and baseline updates
- Document management: Maintain centralized repositories for project artefacts and approvals ensuring version control and traceability
- Stakeholder management: Support governance meetings workshops and review sessions; capture actions and decisions; engage confidently with senior and global stakeholders
- Process standardization: Support definition and maintenance of templates reporting standards and delivery processes to enhance consistency across projects
- Continuous improvement: Identify and implement process improvements and tooling enhancements to improve PMO efficiency governance effectiveness and delivery consistence.
Experience and Skills
- 7 to 9 years of professional experience in the IT industry with at least 5-7 years in a Project Coordinator / Controller role.
- Location: Bangalore or Delhi
- Bachelors/masters degree in engineering or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
- Good understanding on technology Project delivery lifecycle Project management methodologies and models (Waterfall and Agile)
- Understanding of project controls concepts including cost tracking schedule management baseline control and forecasting
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira MPP and MS Excel
- Strong digital proficiency with ability to quickly adapt to new collaboration reporting and dashboarding tools
- Experience working with senior leadership and global clients in complex matrixed environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to synthesize complex information into concise executive-level reporting
- Candidates with immediate availability or notice period of up to 30 days preferred.
- Maximum acceptable notice: 45 days
- Education- UG and Above.
