Are you passionate about enhancing customer outcomes and driving operational excellence

Were looking for a Customer Experience and Delivery Advisor to help shape and deliver initiatives that make a real difference to our Motor Claims customers.

Reporting to the Customer Experience and Delivery Manager youll support the planning scoping prioritisation and sequencing of key programs of work. Youll work closely with senior stakeholders to plan and deliver initiatives that improve the customer journey enhance employee experience and drive efficiency and cost improvements.

What youll do

  • Contribute to early-stage idea qualification and planning through stakeholder engagement data analysis process mapping and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Support continuous improvement and self-identified potential systemic (SIPS) initiatives across Motor Claims by tracking a portfolio of work and providing timely proactive updates to stakeholders.
  • Assist with stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment across delivery teams.
