Additional Job Description
Minimum Training and Education: Doctor of Pharmacy or a Bachelors degree in pharmacy. Completion of a pharmacy residency preferred. Required licensure Certifications Registrations: Licensed as a Registered Pharmacist by the South Carolina Board of Pharmacy. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required. Immunization and Diabetes Certification preferred. Experience: 5years management/leadership experience and direct patient care in an ambulatory setting preferred
