Job Summary

We are looking for a highly capable US Delivery & Service Manager to lead post-sales delivery customer service and after-sales operations in the United States market. This is a remote role that requires strong automotive industry experience excellent English communication skills and full legal authorization to work in the US.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end delivery installation/setup and after-sales service for Astraux products (with focus on smart mini electric vehicles).

Build and manage a high-quality service network across the US.

Ensure excellent customer experience from delivery through ongoing support and maintenance.

Develop and implement service standards processes and quality control systems.

Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) related to delivery timeliness customer satisfaction (CSAT) service resolution time and first-time fix rate.

Handle escalations and complex customer issues professionally.

Collaborate closely with headquarters and overseas business teams to continuously improve products and service offerings.

Manage service partners technicians and logistics vendors.

Requirements

US work authorization: US citizenship or valid legal authorization to work in the United States is mandatory.

Proven experience in delivery and service operations within the automotive industry (electric vehicles preferred).

Strong customer service mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

Fluent English proficiency (both written and spoken).

Age: 28 45 years old.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong alignment with global teams.

Willingness to travel occasionally within the US when required.
