The Opportunity
This is not a typical marketing role. This is a front-line relationship-driven revenue-generating position for someone who:

You will be the face of Paul Davis in the community building relationships with key referral partners.
Territory
Orange Osceola and Seminole Counties
What Youll Do
Drive Revenue Through Relationships:
- Build and own a book of referral partners
- Develop strong trust-based relationships that generate consistent work
Be in the Field:
- Execute a high-volume schedule of in-person visits
- Attend networking events and community events
Create Momentum:
- Plan and execute marketing and outreach campaigns
- Use CRM tools to track pipeline and activity
Own Your Results:
- Track leads and referrals
- Continuously improve performance

Skills & Experience
- 2 years in sales or business development
- Experience in restoration construction or insurance is a plus
- CRM and communication skills
- Bi-lingual is a plus
