Supply Chain Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Specialist to oversee and coordinate all aspects of our supply chain operations. This role will focus on ensuring timely procurement efficient inventory management and seamless coordination with vendors and internal teams to optimize product flow from suppliers to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement processes including sourcing negotiating and purchasing materials or products.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records to ensure adequate supply while minimizing excess stock.
• Coordinate logistics shipping and distribution to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Collaborate with vendors suppliers and internal teams to resolve supply chain issues and improve operational efficiency.
• Analyze supply chain data and generate reports to identify trends bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize cost quality and delivery performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain logistics or procurement preferably in a remote or global environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools (e.g. ERP systems Excel inventory management systems).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with global supply chains and multi-vendor coordination.
• Knowledge of lean inventory management and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Certification in supply chain (e.g. APICS CSCP) is a plus.
