- Overcome objections during the sales process and increase the membership base.
- Lead manage and motivate multiple teams of employees including massage therapists estheticians and front desk associates.
- Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction address customer dissatisfaction resolve service complaints.
- Ability to work independently as a key holder opening and closing the store managing inventory cash drawer scheduling etc.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization at all times.
- Conduct regular team meetings provide training and foster a positive work environment.
- Assess employee performance providing feedback and coaching to enhance skills and productivity.
- Drive sales through strategic leadership tracking and reporting.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase client engagement and revenue.
- Lead initiatives to boost membership sales service packages and product sales.
- Coordinate facility schedules to maximize usage and efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with all Hand & Stone policies and procedures in addition to the local state and federal laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in leadership with the ability to drive results through a team.
- Strong understanding of business operations including scheduling inventory management and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Passionate about the spa industry and committed to delivering the highest quality of service.
