Senior Manager Learning & Development
At Sydney Water were seeking an innovative and strategic Senior Manager to lead our Learning & Development team.
Reporting into our Principal Manager of HR Technology & Capability you will play a critical role in ensuring that Sydney Water has a continuous learning culture and develops people with the skills and capabilities required to deliver for our customers.
You will take full ownership of the enterprise learning and development strategy and delivery including safety & compliance training learning solution implementation and continuous improvement of service delivery.
What Youll Be Doing
Leading the Function:Setting the direction of the team to enable the delivery of Sydney Waters strategic outcomes ensuring we have skills-based learning strategies which are integrated with our Job Architecture and Capability Frameworks.
Shaping Culture:Embed a culture of innovation and growth to embrace new ways of working and pursue opportunities that enhance performance and deliver longterm value.
Safety & Compliance:Govern Safety and compliance training for the enterprise and regional delivery partners ensuring that delivery of training is effectively resourced and delivered for Sydney Water people.
Driving Performance:Leverage capability frameworks for learning strategies to ensure that the organisation can proactively identify critical learning needs.
Experience and Qualifications
We are looking for someone with extensive leadership experience with breadth across both strategic learning and on the ground critical safety training.
