Job Summary

Description

This part-time position typically works Monday Friday between the hours of 8 am - 5 pm. This is a remote or hybrid position. Remote work is available for Idahobased employees only; Utahbased employees will work in a hybrid capacity.

Publish update and maintain web pages using the organizations CMS
Format and organize content to ensure readability accessibility and consistency
Coordinate with content creators designers and developers to prepare pages for publishing
Ensure brand style and formatting standards are followed across web pages
Review and test pages before publishing to ensure links layouts and media function correctly
Assist with content audits and website updates to keep information accurate and current
Support website optimization efforts such as improving page structure and navigation
Document CMS processes and assist team members with publishing workflows



Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
Experience working with a content management system (CMS) such as WordPress Brightspot Drupal or similar
Strong attention to detail when formatting and publishing digital content
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment
Professional dependable and self-motivated
Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Basic understanding of website structure and digital content publishing

Additional Qualifications
Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and web accessibility standards
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
Experience with digital asset management
Understanding of user experience (UX) and user-centered design principles
Students pursuing Communications Digital Media Information Systems Marketing or Web Design preferred
