Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
Manage electronic filing document scanning and record maintenance
Review and process online applications with accuracy and timeliness
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email communications
Provide administrative support during public meetings and events
Respond to public inquiries and provide accurate information
Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with internal processes
Qualifications:
Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency with basic office tools (email document management scanning)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Professional demeanor when interacting with the public
