Job Summary
Position Overview
Were looking for an passionate and dedicated Waiter /Waitress to join our team and play a key role in creating a wonderful dining experience for our guests.
Salary: Up to 33.000.00 Per Year - Full Time Role
Part Time Role - Up to 15 Per Hour
Fixed Hours ContractHours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Exceptional Service: Provide attentive and personalised service to ensure a flawless dining experience to our guests.
- Menu Knowledge: Know our menu well including ingredients and cooking techniques to help guests with their choices.
- Presentation: Serve dishes with style pour wine accurately and create memorable dining moments.
- Teamwork: Work well with your colleagues to ensure a smooth service.
- Upselling: Recommend featured items drinks and wine pairings to enhance guests experiences.
- Stay Cool: Handle high-pressure situations calmly professionally and refer them to the line manager if necessary.
