IT Business Analyst

We are a dynamic and innovative consulting company seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a IT/ Business Analyst. You will play among others a pivotal role in driving digital transformation initiatives for our esteemed clients. You will have the opportunity to work with a team of talented professionals and make a significant impact.

• Drive work within project teams and with a variety of business stakeholders to ensure that all business requirements are understood documented and met
• Using Business Analyst industry tools & techniques document information needs and functional requirements
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customer and technology stakeholders
• Research analyze recommend and participate in the deployment of solutions 
• Provide exceptional client delivery exceed client expectations
• Engage in activities dedicated to support our culture
• Ability to drive data metrics and a structured approach to identifying clients problems and developing solutions
• Ability to solve broad business or technology problems by using principles derived from a deep understanding of disparate and complex data
• Experience with Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and translation of BRD to functional specifications and traceability matrices
• Experience presenting data-driven analyses based on business benefits to solve highly complex business and technical problems
• Ability to break down complex problems into clear and simple terms
• Ability to systematically consider the implications of problems and solutions in multiple domains at once and solve problems across all domains  

Qualifications :

• University Master Civil Engineering or Business Engineering
• 1 to 3 years experience as a consultant 
• Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills
• Strong interest in Energy field. 
• Technical skills: SQL Python and other relevant tools
• Analytical mind exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions
• Autonomous dynamic result oriented rigorous and committed
• You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas and youre excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.
• Languages: Trilingual French Dutch and English. 
• Prepared to participate in temporary assignments abroad (e.g. France The Netherlands Luxembourg ...)
