Job Summary
The FBA Analytics team is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer to lead compliance analytics and develop tech solutions that simplify Placement and Speed processes and the fulfillment this role you will take full ownership of BI processesfrom identifying opportunities and defining problems to scoping new ideas estimating financial impact and developing data engineering reporting and visualization solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the EU and globally. This role provides exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to develop a holistic understanding of FBA business.
Key job responsibilities
Reporting: Develop and manage Weekly Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews and data visualizations for topline metrics programs and goals.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with teams such as the Placement & Speed team EU Supply Chain team WW FBA team and Account Managers to build scalable frameworks and drive implementation.
Data Management: Create and optimize data tables automate data pipelines and integrate new data sources outside the existing data lake.
Strategic Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses of new seller-facing programs estimate the impact of new legislation and associated risks model business scenarios and design tailored data visualizations.
Mentoring: Play a key role within the analytics team by sharing knowledge formalizing BI best practices and mentoring junior engineers and analysts.

- 7 years of business intelligence and analytics experience
- 5 years of delivering results managing a business intelligence or analytics team including employee development and performance management experience
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with ETL
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau Quicksight or similar tools
- Experience with R Python Weka SAS Matlab or other statistical/machine learning software
- 3 years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation standardization and improvement experience
- Experience building scalable programs and repeatable scalable processes levering various tools and methods to create scale and efficiency
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Owning mission-critical business operations and inspection mechanisms that keep our organization operating at peak performance
- 5 years of data warehouse technical architectures data modeling infrastructure components ETL/ ELT and reporting/analytic tools and environments data structures and hands-on SQL coding experience
- Masters degree or above in computer science engineering analytics mathematics statistics IT or equivalent
- AWS certification such as AWS Solutions Architect or a similar cloud certification or Associates degree or above
- Experience working with Data & AI related technologies including but not limited to AI/ML GenAI Analytics Database and/or Storage
