The Head of Ring & Blink Offline Mexico will set the strategic direction for Ring and Blinks offline business in Mexico driving growth across retail sales channel marketing operations and public relations. This role is focused on building and deepening relationships with offline retail partners while working cross-functionally across a matrixed organization to develop and execute a scalable growth strategy for the Mexico market.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on results-oriented leader with a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders leading diverse teams and delivering business outcomes in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
Key job responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the strategic vision for Ring and Blinks offline Mexico business aligned with global objectives and market opportunities. Cultivate senior-level relationships with key retail buying teams to accelerate sales growth and strengthen brand presence.
Account Management: Own the full lifecycle of key retail account relationships spanning joint business planning forecasting sales execution merchandising trade marketing and new product introductions.
Team Leadership: Directly manage a small team of sales and marketing responsible for offline partner retailer relationships ensuring effective account management and partner satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and lead a dedicated working group in partnership with offline sales marketing operations and PR teams to capture Mexicos highest-priority growth opportunities.
Performance Accountability: Own the Mexico offline businesss full P&L performance including revenue targets growth metrics and customer satisfaction outcomes.
Market Insights: Serve as the voice of the customer and the market relaying retailer and consumer feedback to product teams to influence roadmap decisions identifying emerging trends and positioning Ring and Blink as leaders in Mexicos home security category.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders including retail partners distributors and senior leadership to advance shared business objectives.
Brand Representation: Serve as a key ambassador for Ring and Blink in Mexico representing both brands at PR activities industry events and retailer engagements to strengthen market presence and credibility.

- 7 years of business development partnership management or sourcing new business experience
- Experience with end-to-end project management
- Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments
- Speak write and read fluently in English
- Experience developing efficient and scalable sales operations processes
- Experience defining sales tech requirements for a CRM such as Salesforce
- Speak write and read fluently in Spanish
