Position: R2R Manager
Reporting to: Leo Perez

Role Purpose:

As R2R Manager you will lead and coordinate accounting functions across multiple business units and countries. You will ensure compliance with IFRS & US GAAP manage monthly closings support audits and drive process improvements while leading a highperforming finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee accounting policies reconciliations and financial reporting.
Validate monthly closings analyze variances and deliver accurate financial statements.
Coordinate external and internal audits ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
Implement and monitor corporate accounting policies and internal controls.
Lead and develop the finance team ensuring succession planning and growth.
Partner with operational units to improve financial results and provide analytical support.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Accounting.
58 years of experience in General Accounting including team leadership.
Strong knowledge of IFRS & US GAAP.
Experience in financial reporting variance analysis and process improvement.
Advanced English proficiency.
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
Strong leadership communication and decisionmaking skills.
