The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all ticketing operations and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Process and issue flight tickets for clients using various booking systems - Handle inquiries and provide information about flight schedules availability and pricing - Assist clients with booking changes cancellations and refunds - Ensure accuracy and completeness of all ticketing transactions - Maintain updated knowledge of airline policies procedures and regulations - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient ticketing operations - Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner - Keep track of ticketing inventory and report any discrepancies to the supervisor - Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to provide the best possible service to clients - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Hospitality Tourism or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in ticketing operations preferably in the travel industry - Proficient in using ticketing software and booking systems - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Customer-centric mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service - Knowledge of airline policies procedures and regulations - Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if required - Fluent in English and Hindi knowledge of other languages will be an advantage If you are passionate about the travel industry and have a strong background in ticketing operations we would love to hear from you.
