About the Role
The Medical Sales Representative / Territory Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a territory across Iowa and Nebraska with a focus on selling vascular medical devices to vascular surgeons and hospital systems. This role will involve maintaining and expanding existing business identifying new opportunities and introducing both established and newly launched vascular technologies to the market.
The position requires a strong clinical and consultative sales approach including building relationships with vascular surgeons hospital stakeholders and surgical teams. The representative will also provide product education support cases and procedures and help drive adoption of innovative vascular solutions in hospital and surgical environments. Travel is approximately 30% and candidates must live within 25 miles of either Des Moines Iowa or Omaha Nebraska.
Requirements
210 years of medical device sales experience preferred; up to 15 years considered
Vascular sales experience required
Experience selling into hospitals and working directly with surgeons required
Operating room sales experience required
Bachelors degree required
Demonstrated track record of quota achievement
Strong relationship-building skills with physicians and clinical teams
High-energy competitive and motivated sales mindset
Stable work history required
Must currently reside within 25 miles of Des Moines IA or Omaha NE
