We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Project Manager to lead fire alarm and security integration projects within active hospital and medical environments. This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare construction constraints life safety systems and the ability to manage complex multi-phase projects with minimal disruption to patient care and facility operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee fire alarm and integrated security projects across healthcare facilities ensuring compliance with NFPA codes OSHPD requirements and healthcare-specific standards.

Lead full project lifecycle execution including planning scheduling budgeting installation testing and final turnover.

Coordinate with field teams subcontractors hospital staff and AHJs to maintain project flow in active healthcare environments.

Oversee installation and integration of fire alarm systems (EST) access control (Lenel) nurse call/communications (Ascom) and related security systems such as CCTV and intrusion detection.

Ensure adherence to ICRA protocols infection control measures and patient safety standards throughout all phases of construction.

Manage RFIs submittals change orders and closeout documentation while maintaining accurate project tracking and reporting.

Conduct site walks QA/QC inspections and coordinate system testing commissioning and inspections.

Maintain project budgets forecast labor/material needs and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Provide leadership and direction to field teams ensuring quality accountability and adherence to company standards.
Qualifications:

3 years of Project Management experience in fire alarm security integration or low voltage systemspreferably in healthcare environments.

Proven experience managing complex projects in active hospital settings or other high-compliance environments.

Hands-on experience with systems such as EST (fire alarm) Lenel (access control) and Ascom (nurse call/communications) strongly preferred.

Strong understanding of NFPA (including NFPA 72) NEC and healthcare construction protocols (ICRA OSHPD).

Ability to interpret construction drawings riser diagrams and system schematics.

Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
-
Ability to operate professionally in sensitive patient-focused environments.

OSHA 30 preferred.
-
NICET PMP or manufacturer certifications are a plus.
