The Opportunity
Are you ready to lead a brand famous for Made from Scratch quality and a legendary breakfast following We are looking for a powerhouse General Manager to take the reins of our operations in Abbeville.
In this role you arent just managing a kitchen; you are leading a team that prides itself on hand-crafted quality in a high-speed environment. From the early morning biscuit rush to the dinner surge we need a CEO-minded leader who can handle volume maintain audit-ready standards and build a team that feels like family in the heart of the community.
The Role: What Youll Do
You are responsible for the total success of the restaurant. You own the P&L the guest experience and the professional growth of your team.
- Own the Morning: Master the high-stakes breakfast daypart ensuring speed quality and hospitality are delivered at the highest level.
- Master the P&L: Take full accountability for food costs labor optimization and inventory. Youll analyze weekly data to ensure the store is running at peak profitability.
- Develop a Winning Team: Recruit train and mentor a local crew. Your goal is to build a deep bench of Shift Leads and Assistant Managers ready for their next promotion.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure 100% compliance with food safety sanitation and brand standards. You set the bar for cleanliness and organization.
- Community Leadership: Proactively resolve guest feedback and ensure our neighbors in Abbeville always have a great reason to come back.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: 2 years of Restaurant General Manager experience in a high-volume QSR environment (Breakfast and Drive-Thru experience is highly preferred).
- The Hustle Factor: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead from the frontyoure on the floor when the rush hits.
- Financial Savvy: Strong ability to interpret P&L data and implement course corrections to hit labor and COGS targets.
- Leadership Heart: A passion for coaching and a commitment to holding your team to the highest professional standards.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
