Were seeking a Corporate Controller to lead companywide accounting operations in a fastgrowing multilocation environment. Reporting to the CFO this role oversees a 15person accounting team and ensures accurate timely financial reporting across an organization of over 4000 employees operating over 175 locations across the U.S. while driving process improvement and scalable growth. • Lead monthend and yearend close processes including review of journal entries and preparation of consolidated financial statements.
• Oversee periodic financial reporting and analysis ensuring timely reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts including bank reconciliations.
• Lead and develop the accounting team including hiring training performance management and oversight of financial reporting and budgeting activities.
• Partner crossfunctionally with Treasury Retail IT AP and Payroll to achieve financial and operational objectives ensuring teams are trained to support shared responsibilities.
• Ensure accurate recording and reporting of all revenuegenerating activity across company sites in accordance with US GAAP.
• Oversee fixed asset and lease accounting including subledgers ensuring accurate capitalization and reporting aligned with contracts budgets and US GAAP.
• Establish and maintain accounting SOPs to support strong internal controls and consistent close and reporting processes.
• Monitor sitelevel performance and provide ad hoc financial analysis to support leadership planning and initiatives.
• Manage external audits and serve as the primary liaison with auditors to ensure regulatory and reporting compliance.
• Support the annual budgeting process and act as a liaison between corporate accounting and operations to proactively resolve issues.

• 8 years of progressive accounting experience including 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Proven ability to utilize critical thinking and problems solving skills with clear attention to detail.
• Highly organized with strong project management analytical and self-directed capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communicator with the ability to partner effectively with leadership employees and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work effectively in a dynamic fast-paced team environment.
• Experience in public accounting retail and hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel (VLookups Pivot Tables etc.) and Oracle NetSuite experience is preferred.
• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
