The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing a high-volumeFord service department leading technicians and advisors maintaining manufacturer compliance and driving performance and profitability.

Qualifications

PriorService Director or Fixed Operations leadership experience in a Ford dealership
Strong knowledge ofFord systems warranty procedures and service operations
Proven leadership communication and team development skills
Ability to drive productivity efficiency and customer satisfaction
