You will own the end-to-end transactional experience for a rapidly scaling digital pharmacy. This commercially-driven role focuses on optimizing conversion rates site search and merchandising strategies. Working cross-functionally you will drive measurable revenue growth and enhance the user journey for millions of patients seeking accessible high-quality healthcare solutions across the UK.

What you will do:

Define and execute the roadmap for the transactional experience including pricing testing merchandising and site search optimization.
Design and analyze complex multivariate experiments to reduce friction in consultation flows and medication reordering journeys.
Line manage the Clinical Product Manager and collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to foster a data-driven experimentation culture.

The ideal candidate:

Proven experience in Growth Product Management or eCommerce optimization with a track record of driving significant revenue and conversion improvements.
Deep technical proficiency in analytics and testing tools such as Google Analytics Hotjar and Optimizely to inform product decisions.
Strong commercial acumen and line management experience ideally within a regulated industry like digital health pharmacy or fintech.
