Platform Engineer, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales & Service

Responsibilities:

• Solution Deployment & Lifecycle Management
• Manage and automate solution deployments across development test and production environments.
• Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Ensure version control and proper branching strategies for Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Security & Compliance
• Implement and manage security roles field-level security and access controls within Dynamics 365.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory security standards.
• Monitor and audit system access and usage.

Platform Engineering & Support

• Collaborate with developers architects and business analysts to support solution design and delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues performance bottlenecks and integration errors.
• Maintain platform health perform upgrades and manage service updates.
• Automation & Scripting
• Develop PowerShell scripts and use Azure CLI for automation tasks.
• Integrate Azure DevOps with Git repositories and automate build/release pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in platform engineering systems support or infrastructure management.
• Undergraduate degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Power Platform.

• Proficiency in Azure DevOps including pipeline creation and management.
• Experience with Power Platform CLI Solution Packager and ALM best practices.
• Deep understanding of the Dynamics 365 and Dataverse security model.
• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory role-based access control (RBAC) and conditional access policies.
• Understanding data security and access patterns across Power Platform and Azure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft certifications (e.g. PL-400 PL-600 AZ-400 DP-600).
• Experience with Dataverse Power Automate and custom connectors.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Application Insights or Azure Monitor
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 data with analytics or reporting platforms.
