About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with experience in freight brokerage to help grow our customer base and drive revenue. This is a fully remote role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales-focused environment and is motivated by uncapped earning potential.
You will be responsible for building and managing your own book of business prospecting new clients and working closely with operations to ensure successful execution of shipments.
What Youll Do
Prospect and close new shipper accounts through outbound sales efforts
Build and manage a strong book of business
Develop long-term relationships with customers
Coordinate with internal operations to ensure smooth load execution
Negotiate rates and drive profitable margins
Consistently meet or exceed revenue and performance targets
What Were Looking For
Must-Have:
Experience in freight brokerage or logistics sales
Active book of business or existing shipper relationships
Proven track record in sales and revenue generation
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-starter with a hunter mentality
Nice to Have:
Experience with drayage or multimodal freight
Familiarity with TMS/CRM systems
Ability to ramp quickly and operate independently
