Location:San Francisco CA (Hybrid or Remote within the US)

Role Overview
This role sits at the heart of the product and engineering function. As anAI / ML Engineer you will take ownership of designing building and productionising machine-learning solutions that directly influence product performance and commercial outcomes. You will operate in a low-bureaucracy environment where technical decisions move quickly from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deploy machine-learning models in live production environments
Own the end-to-end ML workflow from data exploration through to model monitoring
Partner with software engineers and product leaders to identify and prioritise AI-driven opportunities
Improve scalability performance and reliability of ML systems as usage grows
Contribute to technical standards tooling and long-term architecture decisions
Core Technologies
Programming:Python SQL
Machine Learning:PyTorch TensorFlow scikit-learn
Data & Analytics:Pandas NumPy; Spark exposure beneficial
MLOps:Docker Kubernetes MLflow Airflow
Cloud Platforms:AWS or GCP
APIs & Services:REST FastAPI
Candidate Profile
Strong commercial experience delivering ML solutions instart-up or VC-backed environments
Proven ability to deploy and maintain models in production
Comfortable working in ambiguous fast-moving product teams
Pragmatic product-focused engineer with a strong sense of ownership
