Job Summary

Our Founder builds companies on a global scale. To keep pushing Creative Dock forward he needs a partner who can take care of the rest someone to organize his professional world and his personal life so he can stay focused on the big picture.

This isnt a typical 9-to-5 desk job. Youll be right where the action happens working alongside one of the most inspiring founders in the region.

What will you actually do

Your main mission is simple: make our Founders life easier.

The Master of Time: Youll manage a complex calendar coordinate meetings with key global clients and communicate with their executive teams.
Travel Specialist: Our Founder travels a lot. You wont just book a flight; youll find the best hotels and handle transfers. You enjoy the hunt for the perfect spot that fits his needs and standards.
Lifestyle & Logistics: Youll oversee his personal agenda to ensure a perfect balance. This includes everything from managing personal administration and health & performance routines to making sure his private life runs as smoothly as his business. Youll be the one coordinating the details and handling last-minute changes so that everythingfrom his driver to his private appointmentsis perfectly synced.
The Bridge: Youll be the go-to person in the Prague office when the Founder is traveling keeping everyone in the loop across different time zones.

The Unshakable Type: Things change fast. You need to be flexible stay calm under pressure and not take things personally when plans shift.
A Global Communicator: Perfect Czech and English are a must. Youll be dealing with people from all over the world.
A Culture Fit: We are a dog-friendly office and we love sports. You should be a non-smoker an optimist and someone who genuinely enjoys helping others succeed.
