Job Summary

Cluster Head Sales role with BOI Services.

Locations: Hyderabad Ahmedabad Chennai

Summary Description:
Responsible for managing and growing the Home Loan or Given Product business within a cluster/Location.
Responsible for sales management and revenue generation within the cluster/Location. Tracking and monitoring daily productivity and book movement of the Cluster/Location.
In addition provide quality leadership encouragement and guidance to all assigned personnel while ensuring that clients receive superior client service quality.
Working as an independent profit Centre Head Responsible for Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet Management generating business for various banking products like Home Loan Loan against Property Car Loan Education Loan Savings & Current Accounts etc.
Taking various initiatives for increasing customer penetration for sales.
Developing relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development.
Responsible for recruiting Sales Managers Sales Executive thereby penetrating to the markets in improving businesses and over achieving the targets.
Guiding and responsible for recruiting Connector through Sales Manager for achieving the targets.
Responsible for driving and achieving profitability for the Location allotted.
Responsible for driving and ensuring a clean portfolio by complete quality sourcing.
Responsible for improving mortgage business in the allotted territory.
Responsible for Quality Monitoring and Training the team with Best of the market practices to improve Brand Service with business. And also for New Leaders.
