Job Title: IAM / CIAM Consultant ThreatMetrix & Fraud Prevention

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced IAM / CIAM Consultant with expertise in customer identity digital fraud prevention and risk-based authentication. The role involves implementing and integrating CIAM solutions with ThreatMetrix from LexisNexis Risk Solutions to strengthen digital security while maintaining a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement **Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions for customer onboarding authentication and identity lifecycle.
- Integrate CIAM platforms with ThreatMetrix for fraud detection and risk scoring.
- Configure policies for risk-based authentication device intelligence and behavioral analytics.
- Support fraud prevention use cases such as account takeover bot detection and transaction fraud.
- Collaborate with security fraud and application teams to improve identity security posture.
Required Skills
- 5 10 years experience in Identity and Access Management / CIAM.
- Hands-on experience with ThreatMetrix.
- Knowledge of authentication protocols: OAuth 2.0 OpenID Connect SAML.
- Experience integrating CIAM with web/mobile applications via REST APIs.
- Familiarity with CIAM platforms such as Okta Customer Identity Cloud ForgeRock Identity Platform or Ping Identity Platform
