Job Summary
Identity & Access Management (IAM) Consultant
Client: Allianz Life
Location: Golden Valley MN (Hybrid 3 days onsite/week)- Need only local- Note: Only local candidates with local project experience will be considered
Duration: 9 Months Contract (Possible Extension)
Rate: $55/hr. C2C
Interview Mode: In-Person
Visa: US Citizen / Green Card Only
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled IAM Consultant with strong expertise in Identity Governance Access Management and security controls. This is a hands-on role requiring experience with enterprise IAM tools audit processes and cloud environments.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong understanding of IAM / IGA principles
- Minimum 4 years of experience with:
- SailPoint
- Active Directory
- Solid knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Experience with CyberArk is a big plus
- Hands-on experience with Cloud IAM controls:
- AWS and/or Azure
- Experience in:
- Creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Writing control narratives
- Supporting and executing audit tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support IAM/IGA solutions across the enterprise
- Implement and maintain access controls and governance processes
- Collaborate with security audit and compliance teams
- Develop and document SOPs and security processes
- Support audit readiness and remediation activities
- Work with cloud IAM frameworks (AWS/Azure)
Ideal Candidate
- Strong communicator with experience working in regulated environments
- Detail-oriented with audit and compliance exposure
- Local to Minnesota with recent local project experience
- Comfortable working in a hybrid/on-site model
