Job Summary
Role:Oracle PPM Operations Support Consultant
Location : Downtown MI
We are seeking an Oracle PPM Operations Support Consultant responsible for providing end to end functional and technical support for Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules. The role focuses on daily production support issue resolution enhancements user assistance and coordination with business/IT teams to ensure smooth PPM operations. The consultant will work onsite 4 days per week in Downtown Wayne County and must be a US Citizen (USC).
Key Responsibilities (Short):
- Provide daily operational support for Oracle PPM modules.
- Troubleshoot analyze and resolve production issues.
- Support month end activities project costing billing and financial integrations.
- Coordinate with technical and business teams for fixes testing and enhancements.
- Ensure compliance data accuracy and smooth system performance.
- Act as primary onsite support resource for user questions and system needs.
