Job Title: Sr. Technical Architect
Location: 100% Remote (Contract to Hire after 6 months)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to lead end-to-end architecture design and implementation of scalable cloud-native applications. The role requires strong expertise across application solution and infrastructure architecture along with hands-on development and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and drive architecture vision aligned with business goals
Lead solution design for web and distributed applications
Evaluate and adopt new technologies and architecture patterns
Mentor development teams and ensure best engineering practices
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
Ensure scalability performance and maintainability of systems
Drive CI/CD DevOps and observability practices
Contribute to enterprise architecture standards and governance

Required Skills:

10 years of experience in software development & architecture
Strong expertise in UI architecture (React Angular TypeScript)
Backend experience with Java/Golang/Spring or similar
Deep knowledge of Microservices Cloud-Native architecture and Cloud platforms
Experience with distributed systems and streaming applications
Hands-on with CI/CD DevOps and monitoring tools
Strong understanding of Agile/SDLC best practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
Proven experience leading architecture and design for multiple teams
