A 12-month secondment opportunity has become available for a proactive Lease Administration Officer to join CNs Portfolio Management team. This role supports the effective management of CNs property portfolio by providing highquality administrative tenancy and systems support.

In this position you will help maintain accurate lease and licence records respond to customer and tenant enquiries in a timely manner and coordinate property maintenance requests. You will also assist with procurement tasks and reporting requirements ensuring our processes remain compliant and efficient. A key part of the role is contributing to continuous improvement and supporting capability across the team.

Remuneration: $78613.20 17.5% annual leave loading yearly payment 12% Superannuation per annum for a 35-hour week
