The State of Michigan is looking for: Business Analyst 4 Max Bill Rate: -/hr Top Skills & Years of Experience: - 7 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst on enterprise software projects - Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for backlog management user stories sprint tracking and defect management (2 years) - Strong experience with software testing QA processes and UAT coordination. Strong Quality Assurance experience is a must. - Deep knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban) (2 years) - Stakeholder & Executive Communication experience Clear and concise written and verbal communication is crucial to success and productivity in this role. - Will close submissions on: 3/26 at 10am EST - Interview Process: Interviews will be held in-person. Candidates MUST be available for an in-person interview. - Duration: 1 year with possible extension - Hybrid: Resource will be working a hybrid schedule. NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION.
