Job Summary

What Youll Do

Work on all phases of complex commercial litigation from case development through trial
Draft motions pleadings and briefs in high-stakes disputes
Conduct legal research and strategic case analysis
Manage discovery and participate in depositions
Assist with trial preparation and arbitration proceedings
Work directly with partners on case strategy and client matters

Qualifications

Must have 2 7 years of litigation experience
J.D. from an accredited law school
Licensed in Texas
Strong legal research writing and analytical skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced litigation environment
