Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site Attorney position based in Arlington WA. The Attorney will be responsible for providing high-quality legal counsel and representation to clients with a focus on practice areas such as real estate estate planning business law and more. Day-to-day tasks include conducting legal research drafting documents negotiating agreements and offering expert legal advice to individuals and businesses. The Attorney will collaborate closely with clients colleagues and administrative staff to achieve favorable outcomes.
Qualifications- Expertise in general Law with a specialization in Labor and Employment Law
- Strong skills in providing Legal Advice and conducting Research
- Experience in Negotiation to assist clients effectively in agreements and settlements
- Strong analytical communication and writing skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state of Washington
- Proven experience in one or more of the firms practice areas
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
