Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead high-visibility projects and drive delivery of scalable customer-centric software solutions. This role combines technical leadership active coding team management in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Responsibilities-
Lead and mentor engineering teams to deliver high-quality outcome-driven solutions

Stay hands-on with coding design and code reviews

Drive architecture system design and engineering best practices

Implement Agile DevSecOps and CI/CD methodologies
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Design Security Infrastructure)

Ensure high standards in code quality performance and scalability

Support modern deployment strategies (Blue-Green Canary MVP releases)
-
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field
-
10 years of software engineering experience
-
5 years of experience managing engineering teams

Strong hands-on experience with:
-
Frontend: Angular React
-
Backend: Python C# .NET Core Golang

Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases
-
Expertise in system design OOP/OOD and architecture
-
5 years of experience with Azure cloud (PaaS FaaS microservices)

Strong knowledge of CI/CD DevSecOps GitHub ADO SonarQube
-
Experience working in Agile/SAFe/Lean environments
Preferred Skills

3 years of experience in AI/ML or GenAI
